Short on purpose. If a clause ever stops being literally true in the code, I change the code — not this notice.
The short version: I don't keep your documents. They're read in the moment, you get your result, and they're gone.
What you upload. When you drop in invoices (or a photo of one), they're read to produce your result. The files are processed in the moment and deleted as soon as you get your result. I don't save them, I don't put them in a database, and I don't keep them in my logs. There's nothing on my side to lose, leak, or sell — because I don't hold it.
How they're read. Your documents are analyzed by Anthropic's Claude on a zero-retention setting: the contents are not stored by the provider and are not used to train any model.
What I do keep. Anonymous, non-identifying stats only — your spend category, how many invoices you uploaded, whether you included a contract, and the verdict. No vendor names, no prices, no line items, nothing that points back to you or your suppliers. I use it to make the tool better.
