This is a quick, honest read on a handful of invoices from one vendor — not a full audit. It doesn't estimate savings out of thin air, and it doesn't manufacture a finding to look useful. It flags concrete issues only if they're actually in the files you upload.
Sometimes the answer is "I can't tell from this." That's a signal too — usually that the invoices themselves aren't structured in a way anyone could audit, which is worth knowing on its own.
I don't keep your invoices or contracts. They're analyzed in the moment and discarded — nothing is stored. I log only anonymous, non-identifying stats (sector, how many invoices, whether a contract was included) to improve the tool. Read the full privacy notice.
